Infant (6 Weeks - 18 Months)
Our infant program provides a warm, nurturing environment where caregivers form close bonds with babies, ensuring a secure and trusting relationship. Each infant follows their own schedule, with individualized care routines for feeding, sleeping, and play. Our educators support early development through sensory exploration, attachment-based play, and language-rich interactions, including the introduction of basic American Sign Language (ASL).

We support children’s healthy growth by providing nutritious, scratch-made meals developed with guidance from a Registered Dietitian. Our menu uses fresh, often local ingredients, rotates every four weeks, and changes seasonally for variety. Centers are nut-free, and the team works closely with families to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and cultural or medical dietary needs.

Nicole Lester has worked in the child care industry for 20 years and has a bachelor’s degree in human ecology from Ohio State University. During her time as a teacher, she enjoyed working with all age groups from infants to pre-kindergarten, and has a true passion for working with young learners.
